A completely new application has been built that automates and digitizes a previously completely manual process. By means of the platform, sums accruing to the audiovisual works can be registered and passed on to the right holder.
Both employees and producers each have access to the portal, each with their own interface and functionalities.
By means of a digital worker ( RPA) the subsidy process is thus fully automated. Publishers can apply for their subsidies, the application is fully digital and the further processing is then fully automated.
